The new model will be available for visitors to discover at the REHACARE trade fair in Düsseldorf from 18 to 21 September.

Stiegelmeyer has been supporting the clinic clowns for years. The work of these artists, who inspire both children in hospitals and senior citizens in nursing homes, is close to our hearts. The clowns have been active in Germany for over 20 years. For 15 years there has been the umbrella association Clowns in Medicine and Nursing Germany e.V. based in Freising. Elisabeth Makepeace, chairwoman of the umbrella association, spoke with us about the different needs in nursing homes and hospitals, the challenges of the digital age and the long road to secure financing.

Students of the School of Health of the Münster University of Applied Sciences have now dealt with the topic of "Technology in Health Care – yesterday, today, tomorrow" and created an online video exhibition. Not only do they address the question of the opportunities and risks of progress, they also look back. Was much better in the past? Or worse?

The company from Weißwasser in Saxony manufactures ultra-modern washing systems for the automatic reprocessing of care beds. The beds of the new Dali series score with a wireless handset that provides great flexibility and a better quality of life. If the bed is set up in a new household, this handset must be connected to the Dali control unit via Bluetooth – the so-called "pairing". This is usually done by an employee of the medical supply store.
