Right on trend: flexible care beds

Interview with nursing home manager Joachim Lennefer

What demands do people who work with care beds every day have? The German magazine "Rechtsdepesche", in cooperation with Stiegelmeyer, has asked around and also interviewed Mr. Joachim Lennefer, the manager of the nursing home U. Lambertz in Monschau near the Belgian border.

The statements of the manager are a valuable feedback for us and a confirmation that our system Vario Safe for adjustable care beds meets the current requirements. Mr. Lennefer wants homelike and flexible care beds that meet changing needs – preferably by quickly replacing individual components. This is exactly what Vario Safe offers: safety sides, panels and head and footboards can be replaced without tools. Within a very short time, the bed can be tailored to new protection, mobility or design requirements, for example after a change of residents.
