Assist is particularly proud to have been supplying customers with spare parts for a long time: the service division of the Stiegelmeyer-Group repairs beds for 15 years and beyond. Currently, over 7,000 storage spots are occupied in the Herford spare parts warehouse. We explain how the right parts reach the customer.
Plenty of space for spare parts: The storage area in the Assist service centre, which opened in 2014, has been doubled to about 1,500 m2. Spare parts which are needed often, the so-called “fast movers”, are stored near the ground; the parts which are requested less often, are stored on shelves up to 6 metres high.
