The bed extension of the Venta care bed

Tall residents in nursing homes benefit greatly from a bed extension. In our low-height bed Venta a integrated bed extension of 20 cm is included as standard. Product Manager Michaela Amedick shows you how easy it is to activate this extension without tools.

The bed extension of the low-height bed Venta can be pulled out easily without tools.

First pull down the two knobs underneath the foot section and loosen them with a quarter turn until they click into place.

Now you can grab the footboard and pull out the bed extension. The telescopic side panels are optional accessories.

Turn the two knobs back a quarter turn.

Then slowly push and pull the footboard back and forth until the knobs click back into place. Now the bed extension is locked and can be used.
